coming home

The Journal Quilt 2006 has arrived at home. The first time I can now present them all together.
We had to make make for Houston 9 quilts and send 5 for the exhibition. Here all 12 I had made in 2006.
My theme was people from all over the world. I like the difference of cultures. Howe people dress in here own traditional way is treasure and disappears with the globalization more and more.
I like the cultural difference.
1. row: Berber girl, Massai family , Hawaiian girl, Bali danser,
2. row: Tuareg, Tibetans girl, India snake charmer, Aboriginal.
3. row: Peru, India, Japan, Aboriginal.
