Happy Dance

Yesterday I had the mail that 2 of my quilt has been selected for Expo Lyon in the European Quilters Exhibition
For this show are 30 quilts selected.

La Douce France
A trip to the Auvergne (France) in springtime is an exceptional experience.

Coming from an overcrowded land, the freedom of endless views without any
villages give me the impression of being a ?Child in Paradise?. This unspoiled
landscape full of flowers, with the characteristic volcano?s at the sky-line,
is simply gorgeous. In a fascinating way cultivated and primeval scenery
are alternating in perfect harmony.







Toskana,
The golden light covering the Tuscan scenery, makes each corner picturesque.
I could not resist to eternalise this overwhelming image into a quilt.
The Cypress, the tree of life, gives us in autumn and wintertime hope for
the coming seasons with increasing light and warmth.
