Japanes Tower

From the royal garden you can see this lovely Japanese tower with his 5 roofs.
The cherry blossom was at the top. This is the best time visiting a Japanese garden situated in the museums of Far East.
The tower was finished in 1905 designed for an attraction at the World Exhibition 1900
Commissioned by Leopold ll it represent an oriental appearance, but were constructed according to European principles and with Belgium materials.
The cladding of the building was specially fabricated in Japan.
For examples , the decorative architectural elements of the Japanese Tower come from Yokohama and the entrance pavilion
was commissioned in Tokyo.
Wy am I so in love with Japan garden whole my life. Elements are used in my own garden. I never have been in Japan.
