Meissener Porcelain

This are details of my new quilt- Porcelain Manufacture " Meissen ".
First discharged, hand painted, embellished,quilted by machine, hand beaded.

My grandmother of fathers line was born in Sachsen. May be we are descents from Elector " August The Strong" who was father of 375 legal and illegal children in his country. May be, after so many generations. Who knows? It's strange but in my family are a big love for bone China and art.
Is " Bone China" ( Porcelain ) Art ? The artists hand paintings on glaze?
I think so. There are lot's of museums who have a big collection of China. First beginning with Bone China from "The Eastern HAN " until our days and made in the west in multiples manufactories all over the world. This is a reflection of art in general.
